Tailor-made program

Anniken Mørch Fischer, Nordic People Development Manager at SATS, says that they have not had a Nordic management development program before. It was therefore important to have a tailor-made program that could be implemented across the Nordic countries and that works well in the managers' everyday operations.

SATS got a good impression of FRONT Leadership who had a good understanding of needs, and that their digital leadership training stood out from the other options that SATS considered.

Mats Kristensen, general manager of FRONT Leadership, says that the program is designed to provide continuous feedback from employees, managers and management colleagues, so that they have the opportunity to develop and, if necessary, adjust their leadership style through the FRONT Leadership program.

Competitive advantage and financial gain

Investing in leadership development has made SATS confident that having satisfied employees will be a competitive advantage and produce bottom-line results in the future. The company has clear ambitions for continued growth.

Those who have completed the leadership training at FRONT Leadership are highly motivated and have received good tools and advice that will make them even better leaders. The leadership training will have a positive effect on the entire organization.
