He is a lecturer at BI, network leader for several professional networks, co-author of the HR book (Gyldendal), columnist in the trade magazine Personal og Ledelse and responsible editor of the monthly magazine Leadership Weekly.

For ten years, he was a leadership developer and international HR director at General Electric (GE). For the same amount of time he was an officer in the Norwegian Armed Forces. He studied at the Norwegian School of Sport Sciences (basic course in training management), the Norwegian War College (Bachelor of Management) and BI Norwegian Business School (Master of Management).
Mats has created groundbreaking concepts for the development of leadership skills and is passionate about progress, development and lifelong learning to improve performance and profitability in businesses. In 2018, he led a research project that documented the financial impact of proper leadership training.

Stian Jensvoll is a co-founding partner in FRONT Leadership and a highly sought-after leadership coach with experience from a number of major projects. He has 20 years of experience as an operational leader from the Norwegian Armed Forces, both nationally and internationally. In addition, Stian holds a bachelor's degree in Management with a specialization in change management from BI University College.

Hildegunn Danielsen is an experienced specialist in management, leadership development and onboarding, with over 20 years of operational management experience nationally and internationally. She holds an MSc in Business Administration from BI Norwegian Business School with a specialization in organizational psychology, and has held senior positions in GARD and Cargotec/Macgregor.

Øyvind Tjernæs is a versatile leadership developer. He was an officer in the Norwegian Armed Forces for 20 years, including several leadership positions in the Military Police. In addition, he has worked for many years as a diving instructor, and is the owner and general manager of Tjernæs Mulitiservice, which offers contracting work, tree-felling, fall protection and work at height. His education is primarily from the Norwegian Police University College and the Norwegian Military Academy.

Sandra Blichner is Marketing Manager at FRONT Leadership. She has several years of experience as a salesperson in both the private and corporate markets. Previously, Sandra worked as a marketing consultant for FRONT Leadership, and since 2020 she has been responsible for Customer Success in the company. Sandra took on her current role in 2023.

She also has 10 years of experience in the national and international B2B market, in various management and specialist roles within product and business development, sales and marketing.
Camilla has a master's degree from BI Norwegian Business School in organizational and management psychology and a bachelor's degree in international marketing. In addition, she owns the company Bedre Ledelse. She is also a certified NLP coach and has studied marketing for several years in France. She has been a leadership developer in AFF at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) and a consultant on the Solstrand program as well as a large number of leadership development programs in the private and public sector.She has been a leadership and organizational developer in the Police and the Army.
Her education is from the Norwegian School of Sport Sciences with a master's degree in management and organizational psychology and from the Norwegian War College. She has also taken extensive continuing education in leadership development, as well as a number of certifications in various development tools.
Marit is genuinely keen to develop in her own role. She has an understanding of strategic processes and the interplay within and between organizations and political leadership.
