FRONT Leadership has developed a particularly effective method for training leadership skills, with measurable results. The method is based on FRONT Leadership's work with approx. 75 customers worldwide and on recognized research.
The method involves strategic and systematic competence development over time, and integrates leadership development into everyday work life in a unique way, making the effect stronger and more immediate than with a traditional study or leadership course.
Engaging technical solutions and tailored programs that are integrated into everyday work life mean that participants create value for the business while they train. Participants also learn faster, save time and develop new, good habits that last. Development and training are put into an effective structure that is adapted to the participants' working day.
The program ensures that participants quickly gain a solid network of trusted advisors to discuss leadership challenges and opportunities. This special form of pedagogy puts participants at the center with an experienced leadership training specialist coaching the learning process.
Once we have established a shared understanding of potential, our impact begins in different ways. We've fleshed out ten principles for effective leadership training that are built on recognized research and our experience from a wide range of businesses since our inception in 2015.
You can read more about FRONT Leadership's principles for developing leadership skills in our guide to effective leadership training. There you can read more about how we work with these and why they are important to include in leadership development programs.
