The name FRONT Leadership reflects the fact that we are leading the way in helping clients get to the forefront of their industry, with the most effective leadership training programs in the field. FRONT Leadership has been the fastest growing company in the leadership development industry for the past five years. The company has doubled its revenue every year since its founding in 2015 and is on track to do so again in 2023.
The company currently employs 23 people and delivers leadership training in eight languages to over 75 customers worldwide. The Covid-19 situation led to more people discovering the benefits of digital leadership training, where FRONT Leadership leads the way, also offering hybrid solutions.
One reason for our strong growth over several years is that we are only company in the field that has specialised in digital leadership training from the very beginning. Out technical solutions and tailor-made programs are integrated into the work day, meaning that the managers who participate in our programs create value while in the program, as well as saving time and learning more effectively.

As of this year, we also offer education credits (studiepoeng), through FRONT Leadership Academy and Kristiania University College.
